Privacy Policy
Poker Lineup is a note-taking app for live poker players. It lets you record what you observe about opponents and find those notes again later. This page explains what data the app handles, why, and what your rights are. We kept it short and plain on purpose.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Vincent Videau, an individual, who publishes the app under the name Poker Lineup. Address: 29 Domaine de Chateau Gaillard, 94700 Maisons-Alfort, France.

What we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and the app contains no third-party advertising or tracking code.
Notes about other people
Your opponent notes describe other people. They are your own personal notes, and you decide what to write. Please do not record sensitive information about anyone (for example health, ethnic origin, religion or political opinions). We never use these notes for anything other than showing them back to you, and we do not combine them into statistics, rankings or profiles.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication), in a data centre in the European Union (Paris). Supabase acts on our behalf as our processor. Your data is never sold and never shared for advertising.
Emails sent to our contact address are forwarded to our mailbox by ImprovMX, an email forwarding service. It only handles those messages.
The app also keeps a copy of your notes on your own device, so it keeps working without a connection. That copy and your sign-in session use your device's local storage. No advertising or analytics cookies are used, so there is no cookie banner.
Legal basis
We process your account and notes because it is needed to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract). We process technical data for security, which is our legitimate interest.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your account and all your notes are erased immediately. Copies in the hosting provider's backups, if any, are overwritten on a rolling basis.
Delete your Poker Lineup account
You can delete your account and all your data at any time, directly in the app:
- Open Poker Lineup and sign in. If a table is open, tap End session first.
- On the table screen, tap the power icon at the top right, then Account.
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete account again.
What is deleted: your account (email address and password), and all your notes: opponent profiles, preflop and postflop reads, tables and seats. This happens immediately and cannot be undone. What is kept: nothing, apart from copies in the hosting provider's backups, which are overwritten on a rolling basis, and any emails you sent us, kept only as long as needed to answer you.
If you can no longer use the app, email contact@poker-lineup.com from the address of your account and ask for its deletion. We will delete it and confirm within one month.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, receive a copy in a common format, restrict or object to its processing. You can edit and delete your notes in the app at any time. For anything else, including a copy of your data, email us at contact@poker-lineup.com. We will answer within one month.
If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to your data protection authority. In France, that is the CNIL.
Age
Poker Lineup is meant for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and its date. We will tell you in the app before any change that affects you significantly.
